It amazed me that (a few decades ago, and maybe still today) that cigarette smokers were allowed to take frequent smoke breaks, but those clean, healthy of us without such habits were expected to stay locked in our work stations without breaks except for lunch. I “developed” itty-bitty bladder syndrome so I could get up and out every hour or two. Even then, sometimes I was asked why a quick bathroom break took 10 to 15 minutes – because that was the average smoker break time. I’d answer that I need to walk around a bit or it gets worse.
Hahaha….yep, this happens with me and my boyfriend. I will walk by and catch him watching Cat videos and say jokingly "Working hard on a project about cat videos on YouTube, huh? ’. He laughs and says “Shut up!”.

Work all day and nobody complains. Get up for a quick walk to stretch your legs and suddenly everyone’s panicking and yelling at you to steer the bus.

Take Claremont for a walk. It gets you away from the screen and lets you absorb canine love.
