Unfortunately, the text that Agnes either wrote, or is reading, is a bit garbled, and also missing the verb…. further confusing the meaning.
Maybe she meant “A truly good person is one whom within(?) no evil can BE beheld” … you can’t “beheld” something on its own… but that’s still awkward.

I think she means… “A truly good person is one within whom no evil is beheld.”
Better…
“A truly good person is one within whom thou canst behold no evil.”
Verily… as you and Trout are likely to agree … there’s a reason we don’t speak like that any more.
Besides any confusion about holding bees… or cans holding evil bees.
