How do Tricycle cards compare to Bicycle cards? Are they bigger? Or are they smaller? Do/Can they stand up (by themselves) without falling down? Do they have the same number of cards and suits in a deck?

If I were the cop, I’d be a little more concerned about seeing to the driver than about showing off my clever wit.
I expect a bunch of kids will come along any time and pick up some of those cards to put them in the spokes of their tricycles.
