You wanted all the booze for yourself, didn’t you, Andy?

Looks like it actually was a good thing he left the door locked….It probably would have been free beer for all,,,

You’d think that would be a job Andy wanted to keep…

I collect coins. Putting Andy to work in a pub would be like putting me to work as a coin teller.

If Andy actually let customers in then he would not be Andy Capp at all.

Well, He stopped being Andy Capp since Reg Smythe died.

Why would anyone give Andy a job in a pub? Of course, if they just said that they required someone with experience in a pub environment, well… Andy is a world class authority.

Gweedo – It’s legal here !!! – Murray said, about 23 hours agoWeeelll… Bobby does carry a Big Blade !-The headache of celebrity-dom can be overwhelming. I’m sure many of them roll their eyes when approached by fawning fans. -You’re welcome, babe !-When I was little, Dad useta cut my and Ken’s hair to a buzz cut with the electric clippers followed by a nominal scissors trim. I LOVED my hair (what was left of it) that way. Brush cuts are a dad’s easy way of saving the cost of a barber. :o)That must be neat to have a sample of your baby hair. I have some photos and a memory or two. -Those ‘channels’ must luv yer mum !-I don’t have a problem with Sergeant Bill, just some of the company he keeps lately. Today he said how the coach went off the cliff at Deadman’s Curve. I was ‘watering the weeds’ at the roadside when they left without me. -May your Wentsday be wildly wonderful !__________________________________________________I absolutely love “Mack the Knife” It’s one of my favourite songs. I love the lyric “Look out old Mackey’s back!” at the end.-If I was a celebrity, I have to admit that I would enjoy fame but I would never be one of those stuck up, ‘look at me’ types. I would admire and appreciate my fans.-Good idea! A perfect way to save money. I love my hair as well. It’s nice and thick. I took my plait out today and my hair was full of pretty waves but unfortunately I had to brush my hair and now the waves aren’t there. The trouble with plaits is they make your head itch after a couple of days. -Yes, My Mum orders from those channels frequently. She nearly always has the phone near her and I have to be careful not to trip over the wire.-I don’t really follow Dick Tracy so I don’t know what the latest news is. That’s terrible about the coach going over the cliff! Not to mention terrifying.-I’ve been a busy bee today but I went to see the horses. Merlin came over once he saw that I had polo mints. Then Sebastian came over after about 5 minutes. They’re lovely horses. You can tell Merlin is the boss because he sometimes shoves Sebastian out of the way with his nose. -I hope your Wednesday is just wonderful!

You left out Hagar the Horrible and Soppy Sopwell (and, as a recent reminder recently reminded me, Thirsty Thurston from “Hi and Lois”)
