I had some in Atlanta, GA a couple of months later, and it was one of the best dishes I ever ate. When it comes to fish, freshness is everything. Flo’s problem is that she blackens everything, even when she doesn’t mean to.
My sympathies to Andy and Flo. It is unfortunate for both that Flo never learned to cook. Flo’s heart is in the right place and she tries, but without much success. My wife and I are a bit older than these two and my wife loves to cook. Even I am quite handy with a few dishes, especially with roasts and BBQs and such. Dinner time for us is a favourite part of the day.

Actually, I think a potato/leek pie doesn’t sound too bad to me… specially when prepared just right.
