Today’s strip IS funny , our Hero Mr Andrew Capp is back to normal again , drunk and disorderly , wonder if it was wise of constable Watkins locking them both in the same cell :o) have a nice day Cappers

Looks like Watkins couldn’t care less!

You’ll have to be more specific, Sarge – Watkins works for the government!

This way they can settle their differences. If they wait until later they may not remember why they were fighting. ;-}

Hmmmm, that gives me an idea. Have just ONE penalty box in hockey! That would spice up the game even more.

In a “Barney Miller” episode, Seargeant Dietrich compliments Barney on his policy of putting people who were fighting in the same cell.

Barney: “Yes, I find that it gives them a chance to calm down, cool off, get to know one another, and hopefully drop the charges.”

Dietrich: ‘Yeah……..or else beat the hell out of each other! I’d better let them out!"

Let them beat each other up….. that’ll save the police from having to do it.

Just as well they are not trapped in a lift.
