For something to be funny it must be at least a bit plausible. And no keeper is going to allow someone to just place a drink on another person’s tab… Especially if that person is Andy.

Hey, Affie.

I am writing to you from the carvery. I’ve had a glorious meal and about to have dessert. I will be getting the bus home soon. I usually like to sit for a while and play on my phone before I go to get the bus. I can have as many soft drinks as I want because the price stays the same no matter how many I have. Swap ‘soft drinks’ for ‘alcohol’ and Andy would be right there!

When I first saw today’s strip, I thought of Fat Stan. Don’t think I’ve ever seen Big Ron before. Can you imagine Stan and Ron in a fight? Who would you bet on? Ron for me, I think.

I fell over at the top of the stairs at my volunteering today. Thank the Lord nobody was around. I was wearing a dress too which makes me all the more relieved that nobody saw me! I wasn’t hurt but was shaking. Nothing like a good (or bad) adrenaline rush. Goodness sake.
