The Daily Mirror – which launched this strip – featured a Birmingham-based strip called “Baz and Co” during the 1990s. Nowadays, “Andy Capp” and “The Perishers” are the only strips still appearing in the Mirror. As someone recently said, “Bring back Mandy Capp!” That strip lasted about twenty years as it started in the 1990s and finished in the 2010s.
I’ll be leaving the house tomorrow after a whole week staying in due to illness. You would think I’d be raking in the money from the online surveys I do but the truth is, I haven’t really bothered because of how ill I was feeling. I didn’t even feel like playing my favourite mobile game (Dragon City) very much either. I spend money on that game as well but not my own. I ask for Google Play vouchers for Christmas.
Enjoy your favourite nosh today, pal. My appetite came back properly on Tuesday and as you know, I have my favourite nosh on Tuesdays as well and I was able to eat it all.
By the way, I have a new email address for Number Six if you’d like it. Send me an email if you want me to send it across. My email address is at my profile.
Stay safe, stay well, stay cool and stay happy, pal. See you after the weekend!

And a simultaneous tour of England’s finest drunk tanks. With an occasional dip in canals you’ve never seen before.

Don’t forget the distilleries. Some ‘London Dark’ might be more affordable than petrol. That VW needs a drink too.

A “pub crawl” is a real thing, but it’s usually restricted to one city…

I found the Kentucky ‘Whiskey’ tour to be lovely until about 3 pm when things got hazy.

The mind shutters even at the thought of Andy behind the wheel of an RV.

I would love one of those as well. All my friends from GoComics would be very welcome to travel with me.
The thing is, it would have to be a self driving one.

I’d love to take a road trip, but it would have to be by train or bus, as I don’t have a driver’s license, unfortunately.
