If Andy and Chalkie fought alongside Monty in North Africa, the other team could be 60 or so and STILL be younger than them.

We all know why Andy has his cap on… But Chalkie? And we’re back to the purple uniforms… Even the coach has his purple sweats (?) and cap.

This is yet another reason why it’s never a good idea to follow in Andy Capp’s footsteps.
