My friend was an official for various youth sports. He said the only way he could tell if he’d been fair was if both sides went out complaining that he had cheated.

And later, he went into politics.

It was either that, or politics.

Some folks are naturals.

Well, he stayed single, that’s for sure!

Probably did some pro wrestling refereeing and of course, dabbled in politics

I was thinking politician or Baptist.

First block, it looked like chalkie put on a few lbs., but it was just his jacket.

He became a Member of Parliament thumping his walking stick on the floor and saying “huzzah” a lot for no particular reason.

Here is the baseball version of that joke: “Why is that guy on your team? He can’t hit, catch or run. All he can do is run his mouth and argue.” Oh, he’s our manager!”
