Hahahaha. I grew up in a largely Taiwanese community and all my friends were Taiwanese, they totally told me about growing up like this! And also about being told they’re fat a lot when they weren’t (I believe however it was indicated that this particular angry little girl is Korean though, unless I’m mistaken)
