Arlo has retrieved Janis before the doctor had given he a shot. Arlo says, "You know, Janis, I've been thinking.." Arlo continues, "If you see a giant, invisible dust bunny, so what?" Arlo grabs her arms and frantically asks, "After all, what if everyone were just like me?" Janis replies, "We'd be using potato-chip sacks for toilet paper." Arlo replies, "Exactly!"
