I have done something similar due to sauna condition the female of the house establishes and then complains about when the mirror is still steamed 20 minutes later..Of course, Arlo doesn’t really mind the sauna attire either.
This reminds me when I was in Russia, and we went to the banya and we got a patting with the Venik branches. The steam and the branches opened up the pores to rid all the poisons and such from our skins.
“You have to wash your feet again…” They’re (next to) last anyway; better than losing it after shutting off the water!Washing in the tank isn’t a big deal; the water is clean there, or better be!

I can identify with Arlo, I’ve often thought of growing hysop plants just for that purpose.
