@DARSAN54 I agree. Looks like daddy issues got someone’s fingers burned. If she doesn’t get shed of them it portends ill for her marriage.
Pop thinks it’s good enough to put it back on and raise the price.
He will always support his daughter, and the bouillabaise truly was delicious. But business is business. The cafe is a bit higher-scale than The Dock. I hope it does well.

Use Spam in stead of shrimp…..
Bouillabaisse doesn’t have to be expensive. It was a poor people fish soup at the start.
