The family tree thing sort of reminds me of something my brother did. He didn’t shave the dog and cat, but took glue and put it on their backs. And the funny thing was, he somehow had it in his head that our parents would be OK with that. Because he didn’t do it and then just walk away leaving them to be discovered with glued-up fur. He actually went to my mom and proudly said “I put glue on the pets!” He found out PDQ that putting glue on the pets was most certainly NOT OK! When I got home from school and discovered fur with dried glue, I had to take the scissors and cut out the glued sections. They had bad fur-cuts for a while, but fur always grows and eventually, they looked normal again.
