My sister and I got the giggles so hard the other day. . .both of us are going through a REALLY bad time with our backs, and every time one of has to get up, there’s a little groan. Totally involuntary, but some days we sound like chorus of tiny tubas. . .

But still being able to wake up in the morning is something to be grateful for.

I’m not noisy yet (well, not the body, it’s the little puffing groan), but I’ve learned that you will get to a point where you realize that it is no longer the easy, simple, and graceful process it used to be..

    Let’s see…

Injured my back and hips in my teens

Injured my neck and shoulders in my twenties

Injured my knee in my thirties

Injured my hands in my forties

Those sound effects are just audible proof that I SURVIVED all that crap!! AND am still getting up and around.

    The good times are now!

    I tell myself that, anyway…

I’ve been whimpering, moaning, whining, crying, and screaming for 19 years since I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. This illness really hurts. And to think I complained about my migraines! Not so much now with Emgality and Imitrex with Fiorinal for the minor migraines.
