Well, this is confusing. Another selkie? Where has she been for 10 years and what’s her connection to the previous story line?

Now it makes sense. Ellen and Sasha are both his daughters. It must be exactly that. 2 missing daughters, 2 good swimmers, Lee found her pelt but didn’t realize what he had found, she must have found a home near him and he just would have thought she was a new playmate. Or maybe she followed him home and at 1st they grew like siblings until his parents told him she was a waif they adopted. But I can’t see them dating and living in the same house.

there has to be boy selkies born too, otherwise there wouldn’t be any selkie dads.

So this explains much. But why don’t they recognize each other as selkies?

Bad Machinery is well drawn and WELL WRITTEN!!

The revelations, plot twists, characters, and story line/arcs have moved it up my top three comics – in fact, it is in a battle for number one with Widdershins – lets call it a tie.

Thank You John Allison for such well written and well drawn adventures!!

And its elementary / middle school kids in England!! WOW!!

That’s how I found Scary Go Round – another excellent comic strip by John.
