Tia Carmen: I made Lengua today and the kids loved it... Tia Carmen: Because I told them it was 'Brazilian Steak' I bought at the 'Designer meat store.'
Once you skin and slice lengua it’s like any other muscle except denser. The first few times I had it were cooked on a hibachi in Japan. My daughter who was in elementary school had it then and liked it too. And yes, she knew what she was eating. kubaker1, yes I know what you’re talking about, and I agree with you (chicharonez, yum!).
