Military recruiters only allowed in public schools because of No Child Left Behind? I don’t think so! Active military recruitment has been going on in public schools for several decades at least, and not just the past one. They were doing it when I was in high school (mid to late 80’s) and it hasn’t stopped. There is _NO_ correlation between allowing military recruiters and obtaining NCLB funding. My sister is in administration in a public high school and I just asked her.
