She also gets plenty of exercise and doesn’t eat processed foods. It’s the sedentary sedimentary life that develops diabetes.

Coyoty, I was living a fairly active life style when I developed Type II. I now take two different oral medications plus 10 units of Glargine insulin every morning, and going to the gym two or three times a week hasn’t had any effect unless you want to argue that it’d be worse if I didn’t. Yes, getting exercise can help, but it’s not always enough.
