Ok, I know what the joke is, but I don’t understand it? What is supposed to be the problem with tongue? Boiled and Pickled it makes great sandwiches. Never had it in a casserole. Or is this pork tongue that they are having. Never had that so don’t know what it tastes like. In fact I would not even know where to buy it since I have never seen it in the stores.

Lately in this area (Nagasaki Prefecture, Japan) pork tongue is available already sliced as sandwich meat, but up in Miyagi Prefecture is one of the more famous local delicacies. I love either, any way I can get them.
