Maybe somebody should tell the boss that Omar would quit if he weren’t the boss’s nephew. Of course, I can’t picture Baldo doing that; he doesn’t think that way.
In a way I have no sympathy for Baldo’s boss as he is hands-off and arrogant, but leaving Omar on the staff isn’t fair to the other employees. Nepotism is rarely healthy for a business.
