Yes- if he didn’t have diabetes, it would be better (popcorn is a better choice), but the idea of starting a tradition like that is fantastic- my kids have tried it and it’s beautiful. A tradition started by the kids (even a no-brainer like movies and snacks) is one they will try hard to keep and will mean a lot to them. <3
