    Don’t feel too bad, Gracie (yeah, I know, comic strip characters aren’t real people and therefore have no feelings) — my Red Sox did far worse last night. But I’ll give credit where it’s due and congratulate Manaea on a pitching gem.

    Most every major home run hitter in baseball also has a very high strikeout percentage as well. The great Babe Ruth is a prime example. The adage is "you miss 100% of the balls you don’t swing at.
