What is never wrong in Carmen’s kitchen?
they left out the dog inside the cupboard, the LIVE chicken, in the nest, on the grill, IN THE KITCHEN!, the calendar is upside down as well, the Christmas Tree’s in the Kitchen, and where did those Peppers come from?!
There should also be a pig’s head, for the tenderest pork to fill the masa. (Really.)
Home.
I feel like I’m reading Sylock Fox
And a rooster inexplicably sitting on a nest instead of a hen…….
Super cute.
The correct answer is – nothing can be wrong if she’s making tamales
And the worst mistake of them all: the singular of TAMALES is TAMAL, not TAMALE, geez…
I cheated and took a pic. One hint – look at the spice rack.
Ow, that is too much work!
Oh my gosh, this comic brought be back to being at my dads house on Sunday’s and reading Slylock Fox in the comics section of the paper.
I got most of these. I’ve never seen triangular tamal wrappers, but maybe they use those somewhere.
In Texas, we use rectangles cur from corn husks. In parts of Mexico and Central America, they use rectangular sections of banana leaves.
There should be 3 more chickens.
