GRITSSuper Bowl should NEVER be a blow out. The trulyGRITSgames are the ones that are decided on the last play or possession like the Hail Mary pass by Doug Flutie and they are the ones people recall as theGRITSgames, not the blow outs. Did Seattle play aGRITSgame? Absolutely. But it won’t go down as one of theGRITSgames.
good morning and happy tuesday locos. I have to disagree with Duke normally I want to see an exciting game that worth watching for 3 hours, but I was rooting for a blow-out against the Broncs and with Manning it was still a nail biter until the end for me (yes, he is that good).
Akenta, can’t understand why you hate the Broncos so. And yes, PEYTON IS THAT GOOD! And not just on the Football field. That’s one of the reasons I like him so much.
I would imagine that is very satisfying Cleo. I am still waiting for my beloved Tigers to take home a World Series. Hasn’t happened in my lifetime despite being so close lately.
Hola Locos. I think everyone has a valid point of view. A blow out is exciting if the team you are rooting for is the winner, but in the long run, it is the nail biters that will be remembered whether your team wins or loses. As I haven’t a clue how football is played, (have I mentioned the time I cheered for the opposing team accidentally in high school? My date left without me.), well, I can only guess what makes a good game. :-)

Good morning all!
I was hoping for a shootout. They are the most fun to watch. I am curious why you wouldn’t root for Peyton Akenta, I thought you were a Tennessee fan.

For a Seahawks fan like me it was a great game because I finally got to see a game where the entire team played as one harmonious unit.

johnnyd I like Tennessee, but I’m a Raiders fan. Would take a lot for me to root for the Broncos.
