Those Belchertown tent cinemas were great, but when he tried to show two movies at once, you could hear the different sound tracks playing in the other tent. It got a bit confusing at times. Rottie put a stop to that after the first disaster.

I’d love to see “The Hounding” from 1963.

Is it too soon to discuss Rottie’s oeuvre? I hope there is much more to come!

I’d be glad to be left out.

Little Known Historical Fact: Belchertown and Cannes are sister cities.

I’ve always preferred Belchertown to Cannes. What does Cannes have that Belchertown doesn’t? I mean of course there’s the French Riviera with all those vapid young nubiles and insipid topless beaches, haut cuisine, luxury hotels, incredible scenery, the Musée du Covfefée, world class shopping and … (wait – where was I going with this?)

especially in a drab, army surplus venue….

I attended for two days….

couldn’t stay longer… it was really in tents.
