Sybil, you seem to know your husband well. Too well to buy meat and then get blamed for nagging him to fix the grill. Just keep on with the Macaroni and cheese and the Spinach casserole until he finds his motivation.
At least we don’t have an ugly basset this time. I was introduced to this series in a film class with Ricky Leacock, back around 1971. It was supposed to be a class about cinema verite, and mostly it was, but somehow he had brought someone from the team that made these films, so we watched and talked about them. Best class I ever had in a tech school!
Hey, folks (speaking of which, do you all have something that you call yourselves, like Beyonce’s “Beyhive”?) — slightly off topic, but I’m just trying to get up to speed by reading some past comments and am wondering what’s up with NH’s (just NH’s?) apparent phobia or hatred of or whatever the deal is regarding the color that’s a combination of red and blue? (attempting to be sensitive there by not actually naming it, heh)
@cellardoor – I preferred purply to purplie b/c purplie seemed too girlie but I lost that argument and a lot of other arguments too such as whether run-on sentences and non sequiturs are funny or or not funny and speaking of @Perkycat just mentioning the name Barkie Holiday is another argument starter.

For Christmas, I always wanted a red poncho like Cleo is wearing, but all I got was that dumb cigar.
Fun poster, Stel. In this household Sergio Bichone movies are a must see.
