About to shut down and go to bed… about time!
I just came back to this forum to see any new posts, and of course to check for replies to my earlier comment…
but I see that, though I know I was here…. I apparently didn’t make one.
Oops.
How did that happen?
So…. a belated welcome, to my “Cleo and Company” pals…
And yes, Clara, Cleo is indeed getting smarter every day….
not just in the Feb 10th 2020 “CLEO and COMPANY.”
Claude has it backwards…
Cleo wasn’t born yet when Rinty was on the air 60 years ago…
So she has to have seen it in syndication or on one of those cable “oldies” shows like Nickelodeon (if they ever show anything that old) …
or maybe read about it in a magazine.
And then remembered about it to ask the question.
I’ve known some smart dogs, but not one who (AFAIK) was familiar with television programming from the 1950’s, and requested it by name.
You kinda have to forgive her for wanting to watch Rin Tin Tin instead of Playhouse 90 or Star Trek…
she’s still pretty canine in her tastes.
Except for the chips.
And how many dogs can work the remote?
I know people who have a problem.
Get your own chips, Cleo… in fact, while you’re at the corner store… wouldja grab me an ice cream bar?
Something Blue Bunny, with chocolate. Thanks.
