Not sure which will be worse, the water bill or the EPA seizing their lawn as a ‘protected’ wetland.

The folks on Ballard are weird, but some of them are sweet weird.

One problem…ITS DRAINING ONTO MY PROPERTY! I now live in a swamp. My house is beginning to experience " rising damp".

It sounds like there’s a small waterfall in the background, too.

They’d better turn off the hose when the taxman comes. Having a riverfront home will raise the property tax.

Nice to see a Ballard couple enjoying each others’ company. I hope this is not in California.
