The water heater was just playing with him. If it was being mean, it would’ve flooded the basement.

Those get heavy, even when they aren’t full of water. Good luck getting it up those stairs.

Shouldn’t it be leaking? Why isn’t he ankle/knee/waist deep in water. AND just what exactly was he trying to do to it?

Rounds two, three, four, five, and six should involve going to pick out a new water heater, having it delivered and installed, and having the round one winner removed and disposed of.

That heater may be disconnected, and luckily, may not have flooded the basement….

but I’d still say Jerome’s in hot water now.

When dealing with a wonky water heater, you do not want to hear “Let’s get ready to rumble!”

Easy to see where the error occurred. That is a right handed pipe wrench.. used with his right hand. Two rights frequently make a wrong… kind of a Yin and yang thing discovered by the Chinese eons ago.

The funny thing is, Jerome only came down to flip the circuit breaker…!

I figured the screwdriver would have been the coup de grâce.

Even when the water heater loses it wins!
