“Wherefore” means “why,” not “where.” When Juliet says the famous line, she’s not asking where Romeo is; she’s asking why he has the name he does, making him a member of her family’s enemies. That’s why the next line is “What’s in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”
