I can't believe football season is here already... I can't believe I'm the head coach... I can't believe my defensive coordinator is a different species. Snausage?
Ours was a small school district, formed by the consolidation of five even smaller ones. None of those five had nearly enough students to support football. So we were completely new to the sport, other than what we saw on TV. Don’t remember who our coach was. But I think he was the same species as we were.
