Um… no. They all get paid by the number of hours they’re supposed to work (or actually do work).
I remember complaining about this when I was a salaried employee, until my boss pointed out how many months worked in my favor.
Since most months are 30/31 days wouldn’t February, in any form, be the time he paid the most for the least?
Even so, you still loose.29 is less than 30 or 31…
