    I’ll agree that comics should stay away from politics when politicians stop being worthy of being made fun of. (And yes, stock market futures soared during the debate: Wall Street does not want a Trump presidency.)

    It is the obligation of any type of comedian to rub our collective noses in the absurdity of our lives. Politics are annoying – but we must always be made aware of just how bad things can get if we accept being blind.
