What can we say?

This one is a “we’ll go with this pending our next Brain storm!” daily!

I almost always sneeze twice, if it’s only one I’m waiting for the follow up and surprised when it isn’t there

“Interesting” is a debatable word. It’s more like, put an “l” after trivia.

I’m reminded of a M*A*S*H episode wherein Charles avers that “Winchesters do not snore!”

On April 9th the Post ran a Gene Weingarten article about sneezing, noting how he and others each consistently sneeze the same number of times. He always sneezes in sevens.

One of the few times that wise Clyde is off. Humans are naturally wired to notice patterns, even where none really exist. Nothing OCD about noting a certain number of sneezes, especially as they often completely disrupt whatever we’re doing at the time.

I’m no expert on the topic, but by my understanding, an example of OCD in this light would be expecting to sneeze X amount of times, and getting distressed if you didn’t hit that mark.

There’s a superstition that if you sneeze three times and no one says God bless you something dire will happen.

Usually once. But there is no limit.
