I’m in a vile mood despite my lobotomy. Usually my surgery allows me to put up with certain posters. YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE! Luckily, my lobotomy stops my violent tendencies 95% of the time. It’s that 5% like now. KILL! KILL! KILL!

OUCH! I hate when that happens. My last emergency trombonectomy didn’t go so well. :-(

Oh drat! I tried to find that word, “TROMBONECTOMY” in the dictionary book and via the Internet but that word was not in either. Can anyone explain to me what the heck that word in medical means? Aaron, I think you might know what it means???

Trombonectomy—Removal of a trombone from a posterior oriface.

As a trombonist, I’m wondering about the operation to get the mouthpiece out of the trombonist’s throat !
