She looks like a fairly large, healthy baby to me. If she weighs more than 5 lbs., she’s big enough to go home. In my family, babies tended to weigh 3 lbs. 6 oz. or 3 lbs 8 oz. so the goal was always to reach 5 lbs. so we could go home. Babies run early and small in my family.
