The thrill of the tattoo will not last long. Then what do you do next?

Try a henna tattoo first. Then if you really think you want to make it permanent go for the gusto. Just keep something in mind . . . location + time + gravity. Especially the ‘gravity’ part.

I’d opt for the sky-diving instead of a tattoo, but there are other thrilling options which might not be as risky: Take a hot air balloon trip, a controlled session in a racing car, or kayaking, or wall climbing, or take that brood of kids on a primitive camping trip. (There were 4 kids in our family and Mom did that when my little sister was still in diapers.)

Sky Diving: All the Thrill, All the Bragging Rights, none of the awkward explanations to your teenagers about why it’s ok for you and not for them. Her husband is right. Also, no matter where she gets it, he has to look at it. He should definitely get the veto.

Have you ever come across a tattoo design of the Holy Spirit?

I have had my left shoulder eagle for 32 years and still get compliments. Was PROFESSIONALY done by a world renowned tattooist . Also, I looked for years until I found the one I liked.

One of my granddaughters asked ME, of all people, to help convince her mom to allow her to get a tattoo. I asked what she had in mind, and she told me. “How do you think that will look with your wedding dress?” End of conversation.
