Isn’t the satisfaction of a job well done enough?? Feeling good with doing good? Not everything has to bring a reward (at least not money or material) for it to be worth it doing it well.
Ok, how many of you have ever tried to pay your bills with “a job well done”? Yeah, I thought so.
I paid my kids $1 for every A or E and fined them $1 for every F or U. They usually came out ahead because they never wanted to lose money after the first time they had to pay me. It was a small price for me to pay so I didn’t have any arguments about doing homework.
