    I wonder how the “snowbirds” are taking the border closure. Most of them live in Quebec and Ontario, the hardest hit provinces in Canada. If you’re a “snowbird,” tell us about how you are coping this year. :)

    I suppose it was because people just didn’t travel as casually back in the day, but my grandfather used the term “snowbird” as a reference to cocaine use. Apparently he knew somebody who used the stuff. Mind you, in his childhood cocaine tooth drops were used to soothe teething pain and cavities, so you could be hooked at twelve.
