I canât nap in the daytime, so I nap all night long. Even the dreams Spielberg would be proud to have produced only last 20 minutes, with a ten minute time slot for commercial breaks in betweenâŠ

Keep napping, Pop. Older people need sleep when they can get it. They usually donât sleep too well at night.

On my nights off I wake up and hour early and take a 2 hour nap after my wife goes to bed
I never set an alarm, but my nap is usually within 15 minutes of 2 hours one way or the other
