I don’t do coupons because they genrally are outdated or pre-packaged, over sugared, and contain things I can’t pronounce. IN other words, most of the coupon products I don’t buy anyway.
Only coupons I get are sent each month from the main grocery stores for discounts on eggs, cheese and other mostly useful things. The best ones are on their websites and you download them to your store card ahead of time.

When you cook from scratch, the only coupons useful are for paper products, cleaning, and health (toothpaste, rinse, shaving gel).

Maybe you should use them now and then. Now’s you chance to take out the expired ones.

I like the digital ones. I “clip” them even if I’m not sure I’ll use them. No need to rifle through the expired ones.

When I was a kid it was Green Stamps, for a while now it’s been coupons but I’m surprised they’re still a thing
