Hubby’s method of “putting away” his laundry is pretty much to shove everything to one side and drop the clean things into the hole he just made. I get them washed, dried and folded, and stack them on top of his dresser. Eventually the stack leans too far and falls, and the dog sleeps on them. Hubby has NEVER put them back into the laundry hamper! He silently puts the clothes into the drawer, and will put things away for a while, but it old habits sneak up. However, he makes my breakfast every morning, and he still makes me laugh after almost 40 years, so I’ll let him keep me.
My children (sons all!) have done their own laundry starting about age 11 which seems to be the age when clean, folded clothes wound up back in the laundry. So, yeah, they know all about “laundry privileges”.

Junior can easily outlast her. He can just sleep in his clothes until Saturday.

At least he leaves it in the basket. Mine just dumps it back on the dirty floor.
