I’ve been seeing ads for desks that let you do exactly that. It’s good to stand up every so often, and these desks let you work ergonomically while you do it.
The funny part though is that I read this standing at my kitchen counter.
I have one at work I can raise or lower. It is large enough that it supports my two monitors, plus has room to put papers and stuff beside. I usually start the day standing, then lower it and work for a bit sitting (my legs get tired!). The thing is to be intentional about it, otherwise it is just a fancy desk I am sitting in front of!

Sitting too much is not good.
