Dad: A class trip to Washington, DC? Nate: Yeah! During Spring Break! Can I go, Dad? Can I? Dad: I don't know Nate. This costs a lot of money... Nate: But it's for SCHOOL! I'll LEARN stuff! Nate: It's going to be EDUCATIONAL! It's not like I'm going to spend the whole trip goofing around and having a great time! Dad: It says here that the chaperone will be Mrs, Godfrey. Nate: See? How much fun could it be?
Nate gets to go to D.C. in 6th grade? I was going to go this year (8th grade), but i got canceled thanks to Covid.
