CARTOON DAD: Hey! You're a beautiful crowd! I mean that! Herre's a li'l tune called: "The Alien & Sedition Acts of 1798." NATE: Oh. how I hate social studies. This final exam is going to be brutal! FRANCIS: You've got to find ways to make studying fun! NATE: "Fun." Right. FRANCIS: Do what I do! Make up little poems about the stuff you're studying! Like this: "Lewis and Clark in 1804 went way out west to charrt and explore!" Here's another one: "Robert Fulton Had a dream: To sail on a ship That ran on steam!" NATE: Hey, that's pretty good! FRANCIS: And it works, too! It really helps you remember the stuff! DAD:**CHUCKLE!** I couldn't help overhearing! That's a good idea, Francis! ...but you know what might work even better? Setting those poems to music! Join in, boys! NATE: Making up poems: Good one, buddy. FRANCIS: Let's find somewhere else to study.
