Marty says, "I'm glad you boys haven't given up on baseball! It's such a great game!" Marty says, "When I was your age, baseball was my life!" Teddy says, "Really! Did you play for your school's team?" Marty says, "Sigh...I should have, Teddy. I should have." Marty says, "For some reason, the couach didn't like me! I remember on the first day of try-outs."
What Marty’s Story Must Be Like:
On the first day of try-outs, someone threw the ball at Marty, he swung his bat and hit it, and then the ball hit the pitcher, broke the fence, destroyed the coach’s car, and tripped over an elderly woman. The coach was so mad at Marty he gave him detention and said “A turkey can do better than that.”
