my neighbour, mrs merry, hides under her veranda when she sees me coming. She’s like rocking on her rocking chair knitting and as soon as she sees me coming to her house for fundraisers, she jumps off her rocking chair and hides under her veranda until I either go back inside or goes to another house. She’s like, 60, and she’s jumping off her rocking chair and hides under her veranda!
