Does no one ever TASTE something they make before giving it to someone else just to make sure it’s actually edible?!? No matter how many times I’ve made something in the past, when it comes to baked goods like cookies, brownies, etc., I always do a taste-test FIRST in order to make sure they turned out okay before sharing them with anyone else because you just never know when you might accidentally leave an ingredient out, or put something in them you shouldn’t have because you mixed it up with something else (like salt instead of sugar, or baking soda instead of baking powder, for instance). I’d never want to make and serve ANYTHING to ANYONE that would have them thinking that I had made it with “sawdust”! :-(
